A Light At The End Of The Studio! Recording, mixing, and mastering are completed! Now we're just sorting throgh track orders and preparing the manufacturing cohorts in anticipation of the new iSOLA record. The forthcoming album, Loud Alarms, is scheduled for a fall release (Oct. 4th). Tour dates are starting to get nailed down, and much pre-release exciting is expected to hit the Internet shortly thereafter. The wait is almost over, and Loud Alarms promises an incredible new sound! Thanks for your patience!!

The Official Farewell to 2004 After an extremely successful and exciting year, iSOLA is winding down for the holidays and a brief visit to the studio. December 17th in Austin, Texas marks the last show of 2004. The band will be back in February 2005 with new music and extensive touring. Thank you to family, friends and fans for the amazing support!

Radio, Tour, new CD...oh my! September 2004 marks a VERY exciting month for iSOLA. The band has been invited for a Texas (and Little Rock) tour with Blue October and Jay Quinn. The band is embarking on this tour in support of their single, "Plea," due to hit radio stations across the region early September. Tour dates will continue to be posted and updated as information becomes available. Keep checking the tour section for details. Due to growing demand, this tour also brings you new merchandise! "Don't Walk, RUN" Special Edition will be available with three bonus acoustic mixes of new studio tracks. To keep you in suspense, the tracks will remain a secret until release. Rest assured the special edition is a CD your collection will not want to be without.

New Single Set For Fall Release iSOLA's first single, "Plea," is set for a fall release on college and select commercial radio stations. As a huge thank you for your support and patience, the CD sampler has been updated with new versions of the songs as well as the latest version of the single. Although "Plea" is not available yet in it's final form, be sure to pick up the 4-song sampler at the next iSOLA show. It's been well worth the wait!

Summer shows Announced... June and July will be sparse with shows while the band hits the studio. A few dates have been announced, with more to follow shortly. August/September 2004 will mark the release of iSOLA's newest radio single...the song chosen as the single has yet to be determined. Stay tuned for more details and your chance at sneak previews of the latest iSOLA material.

SXSW 2004 This Week - We Need Your Support!! SxSW 2004 marks a very special showcase for iSOLA. The band will be playing with four international bands from the UK, Ireland and Australia. The showcase is Saturday, March 20th from 12noon - 5pm at Cedar Street Courtyard. The event is FREE and all ages (no SxSW wristband required!). New Music on the Horizon... Well...iSOLA is still in the studio, but everything is moving along. They recently teamed up with engineer Jonas Wilson to record a few tracks. Expect new music in the audio section late February or early March. Though the band is still very busy writing and recording, tour dates are continually being added for spring 2004, including dates in Nebraska with Blue October. Be sure to check out the calendar, and expect a sneak peak at brand new songs at each upcoming show!

News? What News... Hello all! Sorry we haven't added any news in a while. We kind of forgot this section is even here! So, to catch up. We're still busy at work on our new material and it's coming along nicely. We've actually taken a bit of a break from recording to prepare 3 new songs for live use. We're planning on playing these three songs at the New Music Festival in Dallas this weekend. After that, we'll head back into the studio to start tracking more songs. We probably have somewhere around 20 songs that we're fooling with now. By the end of the year, we should have enough songs that we feel will fit the album and hopefully get them ready for release by early spring 2004. Guess that's about it for now. Check the Journal for other things going on.

iSOLA Picked For Opportunity Rocks Contest!! iSOLA has been selected as one of 30 national bands to compete in the T-Mobil Nokia Opportunity Rocks Contest. The first round of competition will be October 18th at the Hard Rock Cafe in Austin, TX. Dont Walk, Run - Set for September 24th Release iSOLA's debut, Don't Walk, Run, will be available September 24th. Shortly after, it will be available online and at all shows. The first CD release show will be Saturday September 28th at Gordo's in San Marcos. It will be the first show to kick off the new album tour and we hope everyone can make it! Recording Is Wrapping Up - Hear The Work In Progress Most recording for iSOLA's first release is planned to be finished in the next couple of weeks. Still no word of songs to be included. Mixing / mastering / production will need to be done and the band is planning on a Sept 28th release date. We'll keep you informed as new information arrives. SXSW Appearance #3 - Capitol Bar on Sixth iSOLA just added their newest SXSW appearance - Thursday, March 14th, 9:00pm at The Capitol Bar located on Austin's Sixth Street. This will be the bands first show of the 2002 Festival - We hope to see you all there supporting the band!
